Students develop industry-recognized skills and learn to write and deploy object-oriented software applications that are efficient, maintainable, and expandable across multiple languages (Java, Javascript, Python).

Already know some basic coding?
For students who already have basic programming skills, more time is spent on advanced algorithms and the capstone project with their advisor. New students take the Mastery Skill Profiler to determine current level of programming and discrete mathematics skills. Students may skip the foundational course based on their results.
